Our custom printed painting by Number and Diamond kits are designed in different countries so you need to allow time for processing your order and shipping it to you.

We recommend you allow 12-30 days for shipping. If you order more than one product they may not all arrive at the same time as they are shipped in multiple packages.

Where is my order? 

As we ship from different printing facilities overseas shipping can take anything from 10 to 30 days .If for any reason it takes longer than this it may be due to holiday season,shipping congestion,high demand for product,or custom delays.


Typical shipping time frames are as follows: 

USA: Between 10 - 15 days average 

Canada: Between 20 - 30 days average

Europe: Between 20 - 40 days average

Australia: Between 20 - 40 days average

All Others: Between 30 - 60 days average

If you wish to track your order you will have received your tracking ID in your confirmational email. Just put your tracking ID in the box provided.

Where is the rest of my order?

Rest assured it is on its way,because we ship from different locations kits my be sent out from different facilities so they may arrive at different times.We do this to get the best price for you.

You will receive a tracking ID for each item you have ordered.

Why is my tracking not moving?

When your order is in transit eg: on a ship or moving between countries tracking will take time to update so please be patient.
Once your order arrives in the US you will be able to track it using the USPS tracking site.

We will always do our best to assist you, but Candy Fuzz  does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
Pleas check with your neighbors first in case they have accepted the package for you.


Candy Fuzz does not bear responsibility for  customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
